Health.Story

Patricia interviews and records professionals and patients to bring their stories to life. This service is relevant for health care organizations and non-profits. These stories can live on your website, app or as a way to bring your message to a variety of press options.

For Professionals, the interviews are intended to bring forth the ’real person’ behind the professional veneer. Why did you choose to be in healthcare? How do you hope to help patients? Cure diseases? What is it like for you when your patients begin declining? What is your best advice on how to stay healthy? And more!

For Patients, the interviews are intended to help share what it’s like to be living with an illness; to share stories that help build our empathy muscle. Our interviews will begin with a series of interviews called “Living with...”

This involves 1 to 2 interviews per person. We deliver transcripts to you in your selected format. Interviews are recorded on Zoom audio or video.

Life.Story

These interviews are designed to share the stories of real people, living life just as it rolls. We cover the fun, interesting or even (sometimes) difficult stories that reveal who you are. We’ll cover many of the milestones and memories that have brought you to where you are today.

This is for anyone with a story or many stories to tell. All of us! This involves a series of 3 to 5 one-hour interviews and provides the transcripts to the interviewee. We can also create books that are keepsakes for family and friends.

These interviews are a great gift to give someone you love. Stories share a legacy. Memories help to keep our special ones with us always.

Wellness Coaching (to live a healthier ‘story’)

With Certifications and training from UCLA, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and New Ventures West, Patricia coaches individuals who want to live healthier, happier and less stressed lives. Sessions vary depending on each participants’ intentions and goals. We start by creating a wellness plan with personal targets. These might include learning to meditate and integrating mindfulness skills into your daily life and/or finding the right nutritional plan to feel more energetic and focused. All sessions are designed to fit your personal needs.
